2012 Dexter Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and watery hue. The nose displays delicate scents of white peach and cashew followed by some citrus, light toasty oak and nougat. Light to medium weight the palate opens with vibrant white peach flavours followed by some cashew, light toasty oak and spice. Clean dry finish with a moderately creamy texture that will develop further with bottle age. Aftertaste of white peach, toasty oak, cashew and spice.
