2012 DeBortoli Windy Peak Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with a very dark crimson red hue. The nose reveals aromas of blackcurrants and mulberries intermixed with tobacco like characters followed by spicy cedar. Medium weight and elegant the palate features blackcurrant and mulberry flavours alongside some cedary tobacco characters with a spicy finish. Very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of mulberries, cedary tobacco and spice. A very savoury and quaffable red.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
