2012 Coriole Redstone Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with very dark crimson red hue. The nose exhibits scents of ripe blackcurrants followed by some liquorice, subtle bay leaf and spice. The palate is quite firm and structured with loads of ripe blackcurrant fruit followed by some dark mulberry, bay leaf, cedar and spice. Dry slightly chewy finish with solid firm tannins. Medium to long ripe blackcurrant, bay leaf and cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
