2012 Collector Marked Tree Red Shiraz

Deep dark red black colour with a very dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherry and liquorice are overlaid by clove followed by some smoked meats and pepper. Light, elegant and possessing a lean mouthfeel the palate has flavours of dark cherries infused with clove. Traces of liquorice, some meatiness, black olive and pepper are also present. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, clove, black olive, meat characters and light pepper.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
