Brilliant pale straw colour with some greenish highlights around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays delicate scents of pear, white peach and citrus with some light cashew and wet stones also present. Medium bodied the palate beautifully marries its freshness with a sense of creaminess delivering flavours of pear, cashew, wet stone, a hint of dried honey and spice. Clean dry finish with well balanced acidity. Long aftertaste of pear, cashew, wet stone and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
