2012 Burn Cottage Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red purple colour with a tinge of black on the edges and a dark crimson red hue. Superb nose showing powerful primary fruit aromas of violets, ripe dark cherries and strawberries over a background of anise, light game and spicy cedar. Light to medium weight the palate possesses flavours of dark ripe cherries, strawberries and subtle anise followed by some cedar and spice. Very god power with a supple elegant mouthfeel. Long dark ripe cherry, strawberry, subtle anise, light meaty cedar and spice aftertaste.
