2012 Bullant Shiraz

This is a second label of Lake Breeze. Opaque black dark purple colour with a dark purple hue. The nose offers up aromas of ripe dark plums and dark chocolate followed by some liquorice and toasty vanillin oak. Medium to full bodied with a soft supplely textured mouthfeel the palate features generous flavours of dark plum, dark chocolate and liquorice over some spicy vanillin oak. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of dark plum, liquorice, dark chocolate and spicy vanillin oak. A very well made quaffer with a soft round mouthfeel and plenty of richness.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
