2012 Brown Brothers Ten Acres Heathcote Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with a bright purple red hue. Aromas of liquorice, dark ripe cherries and plum are overlaid by some vanillin cedar with spice end notes. Full bodied and generously textured the palate delivers rich ripe blackberry and liquorice flavours followed by some dark plum, vanillin oak and pepper. Solidly built but fine grained tannins. Long liquorice, blackberry, spicy vanillin oak and pepper aftertaste.
Cellar 6-8 years.
