2012 Bream Creek Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Freshly squeezed lime scents are followed by citrus, light toast, wet stone and mineral. Flavours of ripe lime and citrus are to the fore with orange rind also present followed by a racy steely mineral infused finish. Dry and crisp with an aftertaste of ripe lime, citrus, orange rind and steely mineral.
Cellar 5-6 years.
