2012 Arundel Farm Estate Shiraz

Opaque inky black colour with a dark purple black tinged hue. Aromas of black cherry and liquorice are overlaid by a smoky oak component followed by some meatiness with peppery end notes. Rich dark plum, black cherry and liquorice flavours are wrapped up in a supplely textured mouthfeel with smoked meat characters and blackpepper following. Excellent concentration and richness with solidly built but velvety tannins. Long aftertaste of liquorice, black cherry, smoked meats and blackpepper.
