2012 Aramis Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for up to 2 years in French oak. Dense opaque black colour with a deep dark red black hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe blackcurrants and black olives followed by some cedar, light tobacco and spice. Full bodied the palate possesses rich blackcurrant fruit intertwined with black olives over a background of tobacco and spicy cedar. Dry finish with a tight knit structure and solid but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, black olive, tobacco and spicy cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
