2012 Angus The Bull Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black purple colour with a bright dark purple black tinged hue. Nosing reveals ripe blackcurrant top notes followed by some black cherry, black olive and spicy cedar aromas. Tight and lean the palate appears quite closed with flavours of blackcurrant, cedar earth and spice. Dry chalky tannins with moderate aftertaste of blackcurrant, dusty cedar and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
