2011 Thomas Wines Sweetwater Shiraz

Opaque black purple red colour with purple crimson red hue. The nose exhibits aromas of blackberry and dark cherries followed by some liquorice, earthy cedar and spice. Full bodied the palate boasts generous voluptuously textured flavours of ripe blackberry, dark plum and liquorice followed by some earth, cedar and spice. Soft velvet smooth tannins. Excellent depth with long blackberry, liquorice, toasty oak, earth and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years (2018-2019).
