Cellar: 4 - 5 Years (2020-2021)
ABV: 13%

Situated in the Cote de Beaune, Saint-Aubin may be one of the lesser known appellations but it shares some illustrious neighbours. The best 1er Cru vineyards of En Remilly, Murgers des Dents de Chien, and La Chateniere share the same hillside contours as the Grand Cru plots of Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus, pear and dried honey merge into some roasted almonds and biscuity oak. Medium weight with very good concentration the palate features flavours of white peaches, citrus and dried honey over some roasted almond characters and toasted biscuit complete with a full textural feel and fresh finish. Excellent depth with a long aftertaste of dried honey, citrus, roasted almonds and biscuity nuttiness.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
Alc 13%

Other Reviews....
Rich, juicy and concentrated, with both a suave texture and fine acidity to give allure and persistence. Shows an elegent, citrus expression and very good structure and length. A high-quality wine.
