2011 Oliver's Taranga Vineyards Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of liquorice, ripe black cherries and blackberries emerge from the glass followed by some vanillin oak, subtle earth and spice. Full bodied the palate possesses abundant richness with opulent flavours of dark chocolate, liquorice and ripe dark blackberries which overlay some toasty vanillin oak, subtle earthiness and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of spicy dark chocolate, liquorice, earthy cedar and spice.
