2011 Mollydooker Maitre D Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark brick red hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and plum are followed by some toasty oak and spice. Full bodied but not as exuberant as stronger vintages the palate has mouthfilling flavours of blackcurrant, dark plum, some dark chocolate and spicy toasted oak. Fine grained relatively soft tannin structure. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, toasty oak and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
