2011 Henschke Peggy's Hill Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. Aromas of lemon, crunchy green apple and lime with a flinty mineral like end note. The palate displays flavours of lime, citrus and flinty mineral. Clean dry finish with citrus and flinty mineral aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
Alc 11.0%
