2011 Forest Hill Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Excellent colour displaying a totally opaque inky black core with a deep dark crimson black tinged hue. Intense ripe blackcurrant aromas are interlaced with traces of black olives and liquorice followed by some cedary tobacco characters and spice. Full bodied with a solid muscular structure and abundant richness the palate possesses mouthfilling ripe blackcurrant flavours over some black olive, cigar box, cedar and spice. A firm but fine grained tannin structure holds everything in place finishing chewy with a long conclusion of ripe blackcurrant, black olive, cigar box and spice.
