2011 Fermoy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black crimson colour with dark crimson red black hue. Nosing reveals an aromatic profile of blackcurrant, mulberry and bay leaf followed by some spicy cedar. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses generous flavours of blackcurrant followed by some mulberry, a touch of bay leaf and spicy cedar. Slightly dryish on the finish with very fine grained well integrated tannins. Good length with long blackcurrant, bay leaf and spicy cedar aftertaste. Cellar 5-6 years. Alc 14.5%
