2011 Domaine Fond Croze Romanaise Cotes du Rhone Villages

Totally opaque black purple colour with deep dark crimson purple hue. Nosing reveals black raspberry top notes followed by some black cherry, liquorice, subtle dried meats and spice. Possessing plenty of richness the palate features mouthfilling flavours of black cherry, black raspberry and liquorice with some incense infusions and dried meats on the back palate followed by a long peppery finish. Slightly chewy with solid but fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of black raspberry, liquorice, incense infusions and peppery dried meats.
Cellar 3-4 years (2017-2018).
