Bright pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose opens with ripe apple top notes followed by some pear, lime and tropical fruit notes. Quite flavoursome and with a well rounded mouthfeel the palate possesses ripe apple characters followed by some pear, a touch of citrus and spice. Clean dry finish with soft acidity. Aftertaste of apple, citrus and light spice.
