2011 Bream Creek Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a brick red hue. The nose reveals aromas of ripe dark to black cherries and anise followed by some game meat like characters and spicy cedar. Medium weight the palate boasts plenty of richness with mouthfilling flavours of ripe dark cherries, anise and dark plum dominate over a background of dried meats and spicy cedar. Very fine grained tannins. Good power with a medium to long aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, plum, anise and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
