2011 Ad Hoc Cruel Mistress Pinot Noir

An excellent early drinking style Pinot.
Semi translucent bright crimson red colour with light crimson red hue. The nose displays ripe dark cherry, plum and strawberry top notes with some underlying anise and cedar. Light to medium weight the palate is quite fruity and very flavoursome possessing excellent depth. Flavours of ripe dark cherry, plum and strawberry are followed by some spicy cedar. Velvet smooth tannins with long aftertaste of ripe dark cherry, plum and strawberry along with some spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
