2010 Zonte's Footstep Avalon Tree Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque, black dark crimson red colour with deep, dark crimson red hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe mulberry and blackcurrant followed by some cedar and spice. The palate boasts plenty of richness, making it a very approachable wine to drink now despite its relative youth. Flavours of ripe blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar and spice. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins. Good length and generosity with long aftertaste of blackcurrant, dark cherry and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years (2011-2016).
