2010 Reillys R Cabernet Sauvignon

Displaying a totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black hue the wine saw 18 months maturation in oak. Nosing provides a lifted aromatic bouquet of ripe blackcurrant alongside a touch of liquorice with some underlying cedar, mint and spice. Full bodied the palate has no shortage of Reillys famous rich fruit characters that has become a hallmark of all their wines. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackcurrant and black cherry are followed by some toasty vanillin oak and spice. Velvet smooth yet solidly built tannins. Medium to long ripe blackcurrant, black cherry and toasty vanillin oak aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
