2010 Redesdale Estate Heathcote Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Expressive aromatics of blackberries and liquorice are followed by a touch of spearmint, vanillin cedar and light pepper. Full bodied, rich liquorice, blackberry and spearmint flavours merge together over a background of earthy vanillin cedar and light spicy pepper. Generous mouthfeel with a very fine grained tannin structure. Long aftertaste of liquorice, choc mint, earthy vanillin cedar and spicy pepper.
