An excellent Moss Wood - some of their best Cabernet Sauvignon of the last decade.

Produced from predominately Cabernet Sauvignon the 2010 also includes a portion of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Outstanding colour – totally opaque black crimson with very dark crimson red hue. The nose offers up scents of cassis, dark plum and liquorice with some underlying cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses opulent cassis flavours over some dark plum and liquorice supported by spicy vanillin cedar. Very fine grained yet solid and supportive tannin structure. Long aftertaste of cassis, dark plum, liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar.
