2010 Meerea Park Verdelho

An excellent quaffing Verdelho displaying strong varietal character - a refreshing alternative to Sauvignon Blanc
Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour with a very slight green tinge on the edges and watery hue. The nose displays good intensity with aromas of tropical fruits and limes followed some confectionary end notes. The palate is quite flavoursome and mouthfilling with tropical fruits and passion fruit flavours dominate followed by a touch of spice. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of tropical fruits, lemon and passionfruit.
