Cellar: 3 - 4 Years (2019-2020)

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose reveals aromas of lemon and honeyed toast like characters over some citrus oil, a touch of kerosene and spice. Possessing good concentration and richness with a full textural feel the palate has flavours of citrus interacting with honeyed toast characters followed by some emerging kerosene nuances and a touch of spice. Quite broad it has sufficient acidity for the short to medium term. Long aftertaste of citrus, honeyed characters, toast, light kerosene and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc 11%

Other reviews….
The grapes grown on the celebrated Braemore Vineyard produced the finest wine of the vintage once again. While still showing the life-giving acidity of Hunter Valley semillon, this has an extra layer to its panoply of lemon/citrus fruits, in turn elevating and driving the impact of the finish and aftertaste. A very high quality semillon. Drink by 2025.
