2010 Marchand & Burch Meursault

Brilliant pale straw greenish tinged colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals a refined aromatic profile of delicate white peaches and citrus overlaid by some dried honey characters with following notes of roasted almonds and spice. Elegantly weighted flavours of fresh peach and citrus move lightly across the palate followed by subtle dried honey, cashew and spice characters. Clean dry finish with well balanced acidity providing the finish with a sense of freshness. Good length with an aftertaste of delicate white peach, citrus, lightly roasted nuts and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years to allow the palate to fill out.
