2010 Kay Brothers Hillside Shiraz

Totally opaque inky black dark red core with very deep dark red black hue showing excellent colour saturation. The nose exhibits lifted ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas followed by some subtle dark chocolate, toasty vanillin oak and spice. Full bodied with a supple mouthfeel and loaded with opulent fruit the palate boasts a flavour profile of ripe blackberry and liquorice alongside some dark chocolate with a background of toasty oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with long succulent aftertaste of ripe blackberry, liquorice, dark chocolate and spicy toasted oak.

Drink over the next 5-6 years.
