Notes from the bottlers... From a refill barrel yielding 240 bottles. Colour Yellow gold. Nose Bananas and marzipan. Vanilla and toffee, with an intriguing hint of cashew nuts. Taste: Honey and vanilla. Sugared almonds, stewed raisins and caramelised Demerara sugar. Very spicy, especially at the back - allspice, cloves and pepper. Finish Zingy, and spicy… seriously spicy. 58.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
