Brillliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of melon and delicate white peach followed by a hint of cashew and spice. Clean dry palate with somewhat subdued and very elegant flavours of white peach, citrus, spicy oak and cashew. Dry finish with aftertaste of cashew and spice. A very lean style of Chardonnay.
