2010 Hollick Stock Route Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep dark red black colour with dark red purple hue. The nose is a little subdued with scents of blackberry, toast and liquorice emerging. Forward and generous with flavours of ripe blackberry, liquorice and blackcurrant with some underlying cedar and spice on the back palate. Fine grained tannins. Good length with aftertaste of liquorice, blackcurrant and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
