2010 Hollick Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark crimson colour with deep dark crimson red black tinged hue. Showing good intensity the nose exhibits lifted liquorice and ripe blackberry top notes over subtlety toasted vanillin oak and confectionary. Full bodied the palate possesses rich succulent flavours of liquorice and ripe blackberries over some lightly toasted vanillin oak and spice. Solid but very fine grained tannin structure. Long ripe blackberry, liquorice, vanillin oak and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
