2010 Hinton Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir

Semi translucent deep dark red colour with overtones of black around the edges and dark red hue. The nose exhibits a beautifully perfumed aromatic profile of violets, ripe dark cherries, dark plums and anise followed by some toasty oak and spice. Possessing good weight and a full round textural mouthfeel the palate boasts rich generous flavours of ripe dark to black cherries, dark plum and anise followed by some spicy toasted oak on the back palate. Velvet smooth supple tannins. Excellent power wave with long aftertaste of ripe dark cherry, dark plum, toasty anise and spice.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
