2010 Guigal Cotes Du Rhone

Opaque black dark red colour with dark red hue. The nose exhibits black raspberry and liquorice top notes followed by some earth and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate has good richness and generosity with flavours of black raspberry and liquorice dominate over some meatiness with a spicy back palate. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Excellent length with long liquorice, black raspberry and meaty spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
