2010 Curlewis Reserve Pinot Noir

Matured for 18 months in 50% new French oak barriques. Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with translucent dark red hue. Superb perfumed nose with violets and dark cherries prevalent over some anise, gamey cedar and dried herbs. Light to medium weight with a silky rounded mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of dark cherries, anise, cedar and spice. Good power with very supple velvety tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, anise and spicy cedar.

Drink over the next 2-3 years.
