2010 Clarendon Hills Brookman Cabernet Sauvignon

Outstanding inky black purple colour with deep crimson red black tinged hue. The nose is quite expressive with lifted ripe blackcurrant and dark chocolate aromas followed by some dark mulberry subtle cedary cigar box and spice. Full bodied the palate has an abundance of fruit with ripe blackcurrant and dark chocolate followed by earthy cedar and spice supported by a sturdy framework of firmish tannins. Excellent depth with long ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, some earthiness and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 8-10 years (2021-2023).
