2010 Chapel Hill The Chosen Road Block Shiraz

Totally opaque inky black purple colour with deep dark purple black hue. The nose exudes ripe blackberry top notes followed by some black cherry and plum with liquorice and spice end notes. Rich luscious blackberry, liquorice and black cherry flavours greet the palate with firm grippy tannins providing plenty of structure. Vanillin oak and pepper nuances are also present on the back palate. Very dry finish with aftertaste of liquorice, blackberry, subtle vanillin oak and blackpepper.
