2010 Cape Jaffa Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with dark red black hue. Showing good intensity the nose exhibits scents of blackcurrant intermeshed with mint followed by some cedary cigar box like characters and spice. Medium bodied the palate possesses good richness within a structured framework. Flavours of blackcurrant are followed by some light spearmint, cedar and spice. Sturdy but fine grained tannins with medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mint, cedar and spice.
