2010 Caledonia Australis Chardonnay

Matured in French oak barriques and aged on lees for a period of 18 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. On the nose lifted ripe peach aromas are followed by a trace of apricot, some nougat, honeycomb and spice. The palate possesses a soft creamy texture with flavours of ripe white peach, nougat, honeycomb and spice. Soft acidity with aftertaste of ripe peach, nougat, cashew and honeycomb.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
