2010 Barossa Muster Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with deep black crimson hue. The nose displays liquoricy aniseed top notes followed by some ripe dark plum, dark chocolate and vanillin oak. Full bodied the palate delivers a flavours profile at the darker end of the spectrum. Opulent flavours of ripe dark plum, dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spice. Soft super fine grained tannins – almost velvet like with aftertaste of very ripe dark plum, dark chocolate, vanilla and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
