Produced from a blend of 45% Semillon, 43% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Chardonnay. Brilliant very pale straw colour, almost water like, with watery hue. Lifted herbaceous grassy gooseberry aromas followed by a touch of citrus. The palate displays good concentration with flavours of gooseberry and citrus followed by some herbaceous grassy back palate flavours. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of citrus and herbaceous ripe gooseberry.
