2009 Valle Secreto Vineyards First Edition Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 12 months in French oak this Cabernet Sauvignon is at the darker end of the fruit spectrum. Opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep crimson red hue. Top notes of ripe blackcurrant are followed by some dark chocolate with some underlying cedar and spice. Rich mouthfilling flavours of cassis, dark chocolate, earthy cedar and spice. Velvet smooth perfectly integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, dark mulberry and spicy cedar.
