2009 Possingham & Summers Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red to black red hue. The nose displays stewed blackcurrant and dark plum top notes followed by some dark chocolate and spicy cedar. Full bodied and very ripe the palate delivers flavours of blackcurrant and stewed plum over a cedary background with some spice on the back palate. Dryish finish with firm chewy tannin structure. Medium to long ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, cedar and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
