2009 Mollydooker Gigglepot Cabernet Sauvignon

Outstanding saturated opaque black crimson colour with deep black crimson hue. The nose is a touch restrained at present but slowly opens up to reveal aromas of ripe blackcurrant, cedar and plum with a touch of spice also emerging. Very concentrated and generous palate flavours of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, cedar and spice supported by a firm dry tannin structure giving the wine a chewy mouthfeel. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years (2014-2015).
