Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinge on the edges and water like hue. Lifted grassy notes are followed by herbaceous gooseberry, citrus and mineral notes. Mouthfilling palate flavours of gooseberry, citrus, lime and spice. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of gooseberry, unripe passionfruit and spice.
