Brilliant very pale straw colour with water like hue. Aromas of lime, citrus and orange rind. The palate displays delicate flavours of lime and citrus followed by some flinty mineral like characters. Dry finish with clean crisp acidity. Long aftertaste of citrus, lime and mineral. A dry mineral infused Eden Valley Riesling displaying delicacy and length.
