Brilliant pale straw colour with slight green tinge around the edges and water like hue. Aromas of Jonathan apple and spice followed by a hint of musk. The palate displays a fruity flavour profile of ripe apple and musk with a hint of spice also making an appearance. Moderate length and aftertaste with clean crisp finish. Apple and spice aftertaste.
